Kingfisher

Kingfisher 2026 A4 Acrylic on Watercolour Paper. I've only managed to meet the Kingfisher on a handful of occasions. Once I was standing on the deck quite early and he landed on the railing next to me. We just looked at each other. I said good morning Mr Kingfisher and he popped off on a fishing trip. Out of all of the wondrous fauna that we meet this is the fellow that makes you feel like the sun has shone on you briefly.
